Community Health

FAST. RELIABLE. ABC.

A big shout out and thank you to health professionals and community health workers.

We understand there is increasing pressure on you to provide primary healthcare education. We empathise with your general frustration in knowing much of our national health burden is due to preventable diseases. Illnesses that can be turned around simply by changing diet and lifestyle.

Fortunately, there is a growing body of research highlighting the way natural approaches to healthcare can nurture, drive and up-regulate our body’s inherent immune systems.

How can we help?

Australia, similar to other western nations, lacks a nationally promoted ABC for health and wellbeing. Drawing attention to the It Takes 7 health wheel and general health tips, should help you:

  • provide speedy preventative healthcare education
  • increase client awareness for engaging daily in these 7 doable health promoting practices
  • provide an opportunity for your clients to create a snapshot of themselves engaging in holistic healthcare practices by using the It Takes 7 interactive health wheel

Ultimately, the aim is to turn the tide on potentially life-threatening diseases and improve individual wellbeing outcomes.

Our research has shown, the innovative It Takes 7  health wheel placed in the hands of children in schools can change a whole family’s daily healthcare practices. And similarly, in the hands of adults can be the driver for change in families and community healthcare practices.

Professor Lee Kennedy, Clinical Professor School of Medicine, Deakin University, reflected on the 7 Natural Physicians, an earlier version of the It Takes 7  healthcare program,

“With obesity and diabetes emerging in our populations, increasingly and alarmingly among younger ages, we desperately need educational interventions that work and are acceptable to children and adolescents. I have witnessed the 7 Natural Physicians being delivered in local schools and had the pleasure of seeing how the key health messages are delivered and presented in an entertaining and digestible format.”
